Some Poems

Here are some poems that I wrote. I am not a good poet but I try. Just keep in mind that mostly they dont rhyem. (although that sorta did!)

-Poems-
Poems are to express your ideas and words.
Poems are full of ideas,
Ideas are meant to soar.
Poems are full of words,
Words are meant to speak.
When you have ideas soaring,
And words speaking,
You have a creation,
You have a poem.

-Old House-
This old house,
That had a mouse,
Was full of dust and rust.
The floors were creaky,
The ceilings leaky,
And fresh air was a must.

-Follow Me-
A person full of fame,
Came along my way,
To say,
'Follow me here,
Follow me there,
Just come with me now,
To hear what I have to say.'
I followed him here,
I followed him there,
To here what he had to say.
Oh what a day.

-Less is More-
When you have more,
Your worth much less.
When you have less,
Your worth much more.
So get this now,
Less is more!

I guess my poems are geared towards younger kids. But they are cute.

I loved them all, but my favorite was "Old House", because of its cuteness. ^_^

Haha. I know. I am better at writing kids stories.
Its just that most of my poems dont rhyme.

Some non-rhyming poems can be really cool. It's just I never like to write non-rhyming poems because I'm just obsessive with everything having to rhyme or something like that. I don't know. lol. But some of yours did partially rhyme.

I liked your poems. My favorite was the one called "Poems". I love poetry.
