Some things aren’t meant to know

I saw you the other day
You came over here to say hi
But you friend got in the way
A couple weeks later
There you are again
And so was your friend
This time I had to come over
But something felt like it wasn’t worth it
I saw you one more time
But I decided not to bother
So I just sat down with my girls
And then you came over
Your friend went to the bathroom
You were close to getting my number
But your friend called you once more
I always wish to see you again
And the weird thing is
I don’t want to know what you’re thinking
I can see your friend don’t like me
But do you?
Do you want to know.
